Had a really good experience with Westend DJ, especially thanks to James. I ordered a Union Audio Four Valve, which unfortunately arrived faulty. James guided me through the returns process clearly and made it simple. Although DPD caused some hassle, I chose to return the unit directly to their warehouse. After a quick diagnostic, I left with a brand new unit the same day.
Friendly and well informed staff.
