Can't recommend these guys enough. After the recent storm they were with me before lunch. They are very professional. 78 tiles later the roof is done. Thank you again
Have used West Country slate for different roofing materials over the years including corrugated metal for agricultural building. Most recently they have provided materials in the form of slate tiles etc for two small granite holiday cottages. The service and quality of materials is second to none. Have found if something isn’t quite right they are helpful and always willing to exchange without any fuss.
Never going to use again! charged a £20 restocking fee for giving us the wrong roof vents after asking to have the same ones as we bought off them a few months before as they were the only ones that would fit. We took them back on the Monday after picking them up on the Friday and could not exchange them as they do not open on a Saturday and the job was done over the weekend. Not very friendly service.
Always use these guys for my roofing needs, always so helpful and happy to educate you on products if needed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
