Worst Experience EVER I have had several issues with the used car that I purchased from this dealership. I have called and left messages with the dealerships secretary and have never received a return phone call. After calling in several times I asked to speak with the owner. I have left several messages with him and he has not called me back. It's amazing how great they can make you feel about buying a car from them and drop you the second you leave the dealership.
Poor Customer Service. Customer service is not all that great and they don't budge much on their prices. I was disappointed with my experience here and instead went to another dealership to buy a Mazda.
Town North Mazda has a Great Service Department I bought my first car here. I go back for regular scheduled maintenance on my car because I love the staff. The service department is awesome. Very friendly and upfront about the time it may take on the car and they go out their way to make you feel taken care of. Penny, Victor and Mike you are the best. But they are only as good as the mechanics. The mechanics will leave little notes and discounts in your car for next time.
Horrible Service Town North Mazda doesn't even deserve 1 star! I have had several issues with the car that I purchased from them. I purchased a car that had 22k and after only 20k of driving from me the vehicle is inoperable. I brought it in to a local Mazda and was told that there were multiple things wrong with the car including a clutch that was the wrong model for my car. Miata wheel alignment I took my older Miata in for a four wheel alignment. The result was the best alignment I have had in years. I had an alignment done three weeks before at a discount tire shop in another town and that shop butchered one of my inner tie rods and didn't quite get the alignment just right either. If you know anything about a Miata, then you know these cars can be sensitive in steering. Mine is. Only interested in selling their expensive cars I had been car shopping for about 2 weeks for a used vehicle and found one I was interested in at Town North Mazda. I came in to speak to a salesman, but he wasn't there (even though we had agreed to meet at a certain time) and I met with another gentleman instead.
