Shady staff and completely unprofessional. The sales staff at Mazda of National City appear to be very courteous and helpful while selling a car. Unfortunately as soon as the car is sold all professionalism goes out the window. They are very dishonest and do not back up their word. While selling you a car they will misinform you and conduct themselves in a very condescending manner.
