Poor service Our salesman was very nice and offered us a great deal via email before we went in there. Once we got there, however, and got half-way through the paperwork, their "heavy" came in and was extremely condescending towards us. He offered us a price for our trade in that was $4500 less than the blue book value and was so rude to us that we left. We'll never go back there again.
Good Prices, shady businessmen I hate car salesmen. Talked to "joseph", went in and asked for "joseph". First, he wasn't there. Then when they found I wanted to buy, "joseph" leaped out of God knows where to sell me whatever I wanted. Dealt with James mostly, he was a cool guy, I guess. Don't go to Mazda! PLs!!!! Rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Poor customer service. That Kaz has no breeding! Don't go to this dealer. They won't treat you like a customer and will tell you that the bank is paying them not you.
Very Pleased Shortly after my car being stolen my husband and I began looking at cars. We knew about the Mazda3 and Westcott Mazda was able to help us get the car that fit our wants/needs. The people were very informative and urged us to go online and do research ourselves before making a decision. In researching we found that the facts the dealership told us were accurate and 3 days later we make our purchase. I am very happy with my car and their service department is wonderful. I would recommend Westcott Mazda to anyone.

Dont Do it. So where do I start... Was low balled on my 2007 Magnum Trade in But did it anyway- should have went to Car Max instead for most out of your trade in. Got the Car home Engine Light Came on, they said they would reset but never mentioned fixing the sensor. My Brother is a Tech so he reset but the Light Still comes back on. One of the power switches on the Drivers side does not work, I metioned it to them and they never offered to fix. Horrible Experience!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The finacing department (or should I say individual) at Westcott Mazda in Nation City happily gave us the absolute worst customer service / buying experience I have ever had. My biggest mistake, not looking online at the reports on their service and financing. Also spoke with my sister who had some nightmares with their parts department. RUN AWAY!!!
Tricky PEOPLE! Lied about my warranty! They were very nice in the begining until I signed the papers. When I test drove the car, they brakes squeked & they said it was because the car was sitting there & it hadn't been driven. Also because it was cold outside & it needed to warm up. I beleived everything they told me. I'm a first time car buyer. I just bought the car on Wednesday, & they told me my car had a 36,000 mile warranty w/them or 3 years. Satisfied Buyer!! I normally can't stand buying cars. But I just purchased my brand new Mazda 3 from Westcott Mazda and the negotiating was pressure free. I got a good deal, the salesperson was knowledgeable and nice, and they honored everything they told me over the phone. Yes, i would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for an easy car buying experience.
