Poor service Our salesman was very nice and offered us a great deal via email before we went in there. Once we got there, however, and got half-way through the paperwork, their "heavy" came in and was extremely condescending towards us. He offered us a price for our trade in that was $4500 less than the blue book value and was so rude to us that we left. We'll never go back there again.
Good Prices, shady businessmen I hate car salesmen. Talked to "joseph", went in and asked for "joseph". First, he wasn't there. Then when they found I wanted to buy, "joseph" leaped out of God knows where to sell me whatever I wanted. Dealt with James mostly, he was a cool guy, I guess. The Dealer Lied to sell the car I purchased a Mazda 3, 5 door and I have to say that I love it. When I purchased the car I made sure to ask if the CD player would play mp3s and the sales lady asked her boss and came back and said it does, so I went ahead and purchased the car. I drove the car for about 2 weeks the decided to burn some mp3 cds and check out the stereo and it did not work. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are SCAM artists!! I just brought a brand new 2010 Mazda 3, first they told me they had a special interest rate only for the 2010 then when I went to buy it they said "no that's only for the 2009". Good dealership I never thought buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. The salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. The dealership set up financing at a good rate. When I've taken the car in to be serviced, I've never had to wait and the work has always been professional and speedy.
Don't go to Mazda! PLs!!!! Rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Poor customer service. That Kaz has no breeding! Don't go to this dealer. They won't treat you like a customer and will tell you that the bank is paying them not you.
Shady staff and completely unprofessional. The sales staff at Mazda of National City appear to be very courteous and helpful while selling a car. Unfortunately as soon as the car is sold all professionalism goes out the window. They are very dishonest and do not back up their word. Mazda Customer My grandfather and I went to this dealership back in 2003, He ended up surprising me by getting me a Mazda Millenia. It was all ok, The sales guy was very convinving that this would be a good car and it is but they failed to tell me that the car was previously crashed! When later on It was pointed out by one of the friends that the whole back bumper had some cheap paint and was starting to peel. Never ever shop at the Westcott dealership in National City. These guys r Crooks!
Tricky PEOPLE! Lied about my warranty! They were very nice in the begining until I signed the papers. When I test drove the car, they brakes squeked & they said it was because the car was sitting there & it hadn't been driven. Also because it was cold outside & it needed to warm up. I beleived everything they told me. I'm a first time car buyer. I just bought the car on Wednesday, & they told me my car had a 36,000 mile warranty w/them or 3 years.
