Great sales staff I recently went to westcott mazda, I was looking for a mazda6. I wanted a V6. I looked online and found the car I wanted at Westcott Mazda. When I went down to get the car I spoke with the sales manager, we did some calculations and figured that the car I wanted would cost me to much, however he offered another mazda6 that was used. The Dealer Lied to sell the car I purchased a Mazda 3, 5 door and I have to say that I love it. When I purchased the car I made sure to ask if the CD player would play mp3s and the sales lady asked her boss and came back and said it does, so I went ahead and purchased the car. I drove the car for about 2 weeks the decided to burn some mp3 cds and check out the stereo and it did not work. Very Pleased Shortly after my car being stolen my husband and I began looking at cars. We knew about the Mazda3 and Westcott Mazda was able to help us get the car that fit our wants/needs. The people were very informative and urged us to go online and do research ourselves before making a decision. In researching we found that the facts the dealership told us were accurate and 3 days later we make our purchase. I am very happy with my car and their service department is wonderful. Be careful! Dishonest dealer! They promised me a price on a car then when I went in to sign the paperwork, some how the price went up. The salesman would not admit to it until I confronted the guy about it. Go somewhere else!
Satisfied Buyer!! I normally can't stand buying cars. But I just purchased my brand new Mazda 3 from Westcott Mazda and the negotiating was pressure free. I got a good deal, the salesperson was knowledgeable and nice, and they honored everything they told me over the phone.
