Overall I think this is a great company. Very process-oriented, and they treat their employees well.
Terrible customer service. I’ve experienced numerous issues with West Shore from them scheduling an appt and not showing to measuring windows incorrectly. Since March, I placed calls to my salesman, customer service, left two complaints on website, negative review with Home Advisor and not one time have I yet to receive a call to discuss my frustration and answer questions. Part of my project was completed but I’m at the point where I don’t care if the rest is completed as I’ve moved on from West Shore. It’s a shame as this ... read more

We sincerely apologize to Mr. H****. Particularly as a repeat customer. There were two issues with some of Mr. H****'s windows. One as a result of a measuring error, and one as a result of a manufacturing error. We are addressing both issues and will ensure that he is 100% satisfied when we are done.
My mom (80) had a shower put in and there was nothing but problems one after another. She signed up for a promotion they were having to win a $10,000 shower but they don't tell you until they send someone out to give you an estimate that you have to be a exsisting customer to even qualify to enter the promotion which defeats the point of "Winning a shower". Then they told her it would be done in 1 day, well that didn't happen. They cracked one of the walls installing the shower and gave her a date 3 weeks out to replace the ... read more

We sincerely apologize to Ms. B****** for the issues her mother had. We have addressed and resolved all of them to her mom's complete satisfaction. The issue with water in her mother's basement was not related to any work that West Shore Home performed. Her mother hired a third party plumber that also determined it was unrelated to West Shore Home.
