We had an extremely unpleasant experience with this contractor. They have failed to complete a high-end residential refurbishment project, leaving multiple defects unresolved and works unfinished. We will be sharing further factual information in due course for the purposes of public awareness. Given our experience, we would recommend to avoid using this company.

West Nine have just completed my bathroom renovation at the Star and Garter House, Richmond. They came highly recommended as they have also worked on other projects in the same building.
