Saw a TV commercial so went in to buy an inexpensive vehicle. When I got there no one had any idea about their 65% off 2015 mirage advertisement. I was prepared to pay cash but it appears to be a bait and switch advertisement. Left. A few days later West Loop advertised a 2015 Mirage for $5295 on TV. I went to the dealership again. Well brought breakfast and lunch they take a while .They took my truck already hopefully it won't take long !!!
Hands down worst place every took them a month to finish my deal. Rush us just because it closed at 9pm and they had to leave counld stay and extra mins to finsih the deal. Had me drive more than 3 time from corpus saying it was fone to sign and after my 200 mile trip say never mind need more time. . worst place ever.
Service Dept lacks real professional mechanics, don't wanna get into it, but I just traded my Outlander and made sure I got different make/model so I didn't ever have to go back
SCAM. MOVING NUMBERS AROUND AFTER NEGOTIATIONS. ACTING AS IF THEY DID YOU A FAVOR. 5 THOUSAND DOLLAR REBATE IS ALWAYS PUT BACK INTO FINANCING IF CAR IN THE END. SO NO REBATE AT ALL. SCAMS. THEY MAX OUT THE WARRANTY TO RECOVER REBATE. GET THEM OUT OF THERE. NEED NEW Management. I HAVE NEW CAR BUT TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW THEY MOVE NUMBERS TO BENEFIT THEIR SELF. THEY PUT ME DOWN FOR 1700 DOWN PAYMENT BUT I DIDNT PAY A DIME. GAVE ME A 5 THOUSAND REBATE N THEN A 4 THOUSAND DOLLAR WARRANTY THATS LONGER THAN MY CAR NOTE. LOL.... read more
