My sister went to get a car and left that day. Now almost a month later she is returning the car even though she signed all the final paperwork and has her copy of the finance committee but BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SEND THE PAPERWORK TO THE FINANCIAL COMPANY LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO. THEN THE GUY MAKES A RUDE COMMENT ABOUT HER CRDIT. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER.
Well let start off by saying that the gentleman who sold me my car was great to work with. The only issue I had was when I purchased my car my key fob did not work. I admit I should not have gone through with the purchase until I knew things were working properly but was told that I could bring it back and they would take Care of me (meaning getting it fixed) after about a month of bring told they would contact me and myself having to keep reaching out getting an update I felt like I was just getting the run around. I have been with Mitsubishi since 1997. I am on my 5th vechile with them! So I believe I can say im a satisfied customer! :-)
I bought my Christine here, the attics was excellent at the point of sale and the service has far exceeded my expectations!
