I took my car in for transmission sensor and check engine light on. My car was stuttering when driving. When they connected the reader apparently it wasnt an active code. They told me that I would need to do the fluid injector cleaner and that would definitely help my car I wouldnt feel the stuttering anymore. I paid $220.00 they were done with my car. My 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport was beginning to overheat in traffic. I replaced all other parts except for the waterpump since that was beyond my expertise. It took some time to complete this job since we had to order several other involved parts including a crankshaft position sensor and belts; however, it was worth the wait since the vehicle is running perfectly right now. I went in for a $600.00 transmission oil filter change (******* miles ).car running fine ,Came out with transmission warning light on and transmission not shifting properly. they ran a scanner ,which showed throttle sensor to be bad, change out did not fix it.Manger told me transmission could of been going bad when i took it in . He also told me transmission should be service every ****** miles at $600.00 a pop.
