Never deal with this dealership. We told them what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay, period. Bait and switch. We walked out with the sales manager running out to talk to us before we drove off. Totally wasted our time.

Went there today to look at a vehicle. Worst sales manager I have ever met. The advertisements they send in the mail are incorrect and they don't even try to make you a deal. Even worse the sales man tried to tell me to just let my car get repossessed instead of trading it in. Who says that?!?! Also they try to low ball you on what your trade is worth. I will never do business with these clowns and will go to a professional dealership where customers matter and they work with you to get you a deal.
Buyer Beware!!! West Loop Mitsubishi was offering 2015 Mitsubishi Mirages for $9275 in the December 27, 2014 San Antonio Express News. Before traveling to the dealership, I confirmed with the salesman that they had one in stock. He assured me they had them in stock and to come down. I visited the dealership, the salesman took my ad (and didn't return it) showed me the car (which didn't have a window sticker and he couldn't find it), went for a test drive, worked up and signed an agreement on a new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage DE f... read more
