Absolutely loving it! I joined 3 weeks ago following the heartbreaking loss of my dad, and it has been the best thing for my mental health. The team are truly incredible, so kind, helpful and supportive. It feels so lovely to be supported not just with my mental wellbeing but with my physical health too - I feel stronger, fitter and have seen great results already both on the scales and dropping inches. Absolutely Loving It! I started this boot camp this week and I already feel so much more confident. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming they made me feel comfortable from day one. The atmosphere is positive, encouraging, and full of energy. It’s honestly a great place to be, and I’m excited to keep going and see how far I can come. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive space to get fit and feel good!

I joined in January 25. Unable to run , jump or skip at age of 56. I now am able to do all these things. Plus I have lost inches around my body which shows in my clothes. Because the classes are 30 minutes long you think I can do this. Along with the help of everybody there. It really does make a difference to your mind and body.

Amazing currently on 3rd week of a 6 week challenge and enjoying it - fantastic classes, trainers always on hand for help and guidance. Friendly atmosphere with great motivation ❤️

I love this gym. The team are fantastic and very supportive, always there to help and encourage you to reach your goals whether they be weight loss or strengthing your body. They have certainly changed my view of exercise and fitness.
