It was a balanced experience.
We called in today (30/8/2025) with some scrap gold and a mantle clock that needed a new quartz movement. The reception we had was very friendly and while we waited the gold was analyzed and weighed. The differences in the gold content between the pieces was clearly explained. A new movement was fitted to the clock which is now running well and keeping time. Very pleased with the service we had and the payment for the scrap. Thank you.
Inherited a jewellery collection and wanted some advice about it and potentially selling etc. Great service in store today, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back if I ever need anything jewellery related again. Thank you :)
