My husband and I just purchased a 4Runner and a Tacoma at West Herr Toyota of Williamsville. We worked with Jeff Haase. Jeff was wonderful to work with. He has a no pressure approach that we really appreciated. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely go back to this dealership next time we're in the market to buy new vehicles...and hopefully work with Jeff again.
