I had a nail in my tire tire and a dead battery which caused me to miss work. Jessie met me with excellent customer service skills and compassion. Tom Bull handled my lease for a 2018 RAV4. This is my fourth lease from Toyota, and by far the best salesman I’ve had at West Herr. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, with no pressure to lease or buy. I know more about the 2018 than I ever knew on my three other RAV’s because of Tom. Can’t wait till my next lease to deal with Tom. Thank you Tom!!!
