My boyfriend got a car here and they messed up on how much the car was. And instead of fixing the mistake they made him pay out of pocket for THIER mistake. I'm sorry but if you mess up the amount and your customer signs for it they thought you knew how to do your job.Then you say they have to pay for the amount you didn't add in and because they signed they have to. NO! You messed up don't make someone else pay for your mistake.
