Absolutely terrible service department I brought my car in for a steering issue they had me come in 3 separate occasions did not even pick my car off the ground and “decided” the problem was to change my strut mounts as the “fix” I receive my car back 8 hrs later the initial noise is still there and now my passenger side strut is popping when I turn I was told “there is nothing we can do for you it’s safe and properly installed” when in fact it is not and the service manager told me “I’m chasing made up bs” for work an spoke... read more
If there was a 10 STAR rating I would use it. Our son bought his first new car yesterday and I have never been so impressed with a car dealership as with the folks here. My friend told me to go see Joe Kotrys and he was amazing. He answered every question I had, and at no point did I feel pressured throughout the process. He got me approved on the car I wanted and I was able to take it home the same day in about an hour! Not only that, but my kids were tired and hungry and he ordered us lunch to keep them happy. He really went above and beyond and I HIGHLY recommend giving him a call or asking for him when you go to buy your next car!
