Purchased a used RAV4 and immediately had issues. Dealership said they would cover it, made the appointment and came to get things fixed. They had the vehicle for hours, and when we returned to pick it up, they hadn't fixed a single thing they promised. Instead saying we had caused the issue and would have to pay. Terrible.
I recently purchased a used Toyota RAV4. Scott, Tom and everyone involved in the process was very informative. I'm incredibly indecisive and they were wonderful with assisting me. They made a lifer out of me!
