I'd give more stars if it was an option! Words cannot describe the level of considerate service I received. I was in to lease a new vehicle with my three year old in tow. They made the process so incredibly easy. This was my first experience at West Herr Toyota but most definitely not my last!
George Cannon was a great salesman. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He has great integrity and I am so happy with my new car!
I had never been there until last week when I was down the street and my SUV wouldn't start. I got it started, made it to West Herr and pulled into the service area. They immediately tested the battery and alternator, diagnosed the problem and had it in for a new battery within minutes. This was at 5p on a Monday. Everyone I interacted with was AMAZING! Courteous, helpful, professional - absolutely wonderful. They made my day and certainly turned a bad day around for me. I can't thank you all enough!
Visited on the 3rd of August to look at a few Silverado trucks. Was met by Jeff Hasse. Very knowledgeable, patient and professional in our dealing. This resulted in my purchasing a very nice truck, even taking it home that very evening. I would recommend Jeff as a very competent salesperson who will work to "make it happen". Randall Burley
We just took delivery of our 2nd Toyota from this dealership. Absolutely great buying experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else. For both our vehicles, our sales rep was George Cannon. He is the best!
