This week I purchased a pre-owned Subaru from West Herr in Williamsville. The agent that worked with me, Noah Thies, was excellent and made the buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. He was clear, knowledgeable, patient, and personable, and he listened to my needs and preferences and offered well considered options without pressure. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from West Herr in Williamsville and am very impressed. I highly recommend this dealership and Noah Thies.
