I worked with Jim Regan to trade in my leased Honda Civic. The process overall was amazing. Jim communicated with me every step of the way and made me I was in the loop the entire time. He also helped me get into my other cars in the past and wouldn’t want to go to anyone else to get a car.

Very impressed with the staff and precautions put in place during the pandemic. My sales person Adi was excellent and communicated throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend West Herr overall and specifically West Herr Toyota if you’re in the market for a Toyota.

Adi is an amazing salesperson! I bought my last 3 cars from him and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable about the purchasing I am making. Never does he push me but just gives the facts for to make an informed decision. If you go get do yourself a favor and go see the best cars salesperson they have
