PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND READ BEFORE REGISTERING FOR SUMMER! They have taken me to court for registering my son for the summer holidays and not cancelling within their 24-hour cancellation policy. As a full time student and a single mother i feel this is unfair and cruel. Plus i was hit by a bus and theyve not understood the decline in my health. Although this is cancelled and the service will not be provided, i still owe them over £2,800 .

Poor communication. Tried for over a month to communicate to book a group activity. Between several phone calls, leaving messages with a really lovely lad running the shop, but never getting a call back from the organiser. To emailing. No replies or acknowledgement. Really disappointed.

Just had a great group paddle boarding with West end adventures! Andrew and Caleb were so helpful and it was just a really fun experience. Had a look around the shop in Milngavie and as an outdoorsy person will defos be back!
