They are opened 7 days a week. I always feel that my dogs are thoroughly checked. They are always kind and gentle with my pets. I like their friendly customer service. They are located right past the Liberty Township Center.
Horrible experience today and total lack of compassion and confidentiality!
My cat became very ill and I thought I might have to put my beloved cat down. Dr. Krindel was so helpful and took excellent care of him. He stayed in the hospital for several days. The doctors and staff called me daily with updates about his condition. They took time to teach me how to care for him at home & placed follow up calls after his discharge. Rudy my cat is now on the road to recovery! Excellent service!
Took my new puppy there early September. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even called the next day to check on my puppy. I'd say their puppy care plan is reasonably price! Glad I made this my pups vet!
We took our little dog to have her teeth cleaned and 11 hours later we got her back!!!!! Had asked the tech to have her jaw ex-rayed because it has been shaking they didn't do it because the tech didn't tell the vet. During the 11 hours I did not receive one phone call until the vet called after she was finished after 5pm. Really upset please ask questions and don't let this happen to your fur baby.
