We moved recently and decided to try to find a vet closer to our home. Our older cat has been urinating in places she shouldn't be. They literally tried to nickel and dime me for everything to the tune of $500. Granted the cat is not friendly at all so I understand not wanting to handle her, but $110 just to sedate her? I left without my cat ever having even left her carrier, not even touched by a single person in the clinic, they still charged me $40. The greatest people to deal with they love our pets like family there always courteous and professional.
Took our puppy to get neutered on Wednesday. Vet called and said there was something wrong with his bloodwork and to please call. Phone system went down. Drove to the vet, requesting information. Was told vet could not talk at the moment and would call me within the hour. Waited over 90 minutes for a call. Then vet sent out bloodwork to pathologist, was told I would receive a call within 24-48 hours regarding results. Had to call vet after 72 hours and was told they would let the vet know I was requesting a call. Horrible ex... read more
We needed to have our cat seen. We did not have a vet. I called and they said to come right then. Dr. Sarah Kearse was excellent with "Plum." All of the staff were kind and accommodating. I would definitely take my pets there anytime!
Love this staff! Have brought my shih tzu here since she was a pup. The doctors are SO kind and knowledgeable
I do not recommend. Staff is rude and lack compassion especially if you need to reschedule your appointment. Exams and vaccines are often done in another room and are not followed up with much of an explanation. Often they are rushed after waiting for your appointment for up to an hour or two.
WCVC is amazing! I called in explaining the issues and they immediately squeezed me in even with a full day because they knew I was a worried fur mama! They took care of my fur-baby as if he were they’re own. He was absolutely terrified and hiding under the furniture in the exam room and they were so patient, understanding, and kind with him. Dr. Crago and vet tech Emily gave him his space and treated him so gently and lovingly. Through the visit it was all about him and his care. I recommend WCVC to everyone!
