They’re just amazing! I love the staff so much. They treat our fur babies like old friends & spoil them rotten while being treated!!
Would not recommend unless you like to wait your life away for appointments you’ve booked weeks in advance!! Also, Karla Blackmore is the worst, rudest vet I’ve ever dealt with in all of my years owning an animal!!! Please take my advice and stay away from this place!
Highly disappointed in the lack of care and responsibility by the kennel. Left 3 dogs last week and came home to all 3 sick (all had the same symptoms of bloody diarrhea, lethargic and 2 were also vomiting). One has recovered, one is still recovering, and one remains in the hospital at another location because West Chester Vet was too busy to tend to her (all 3 dogs are regular clients of wc vet). Of course, they insist they did not pick anything up from their kennel. I’ll let you connect the dots...
We've used this location for vet care, boarding and grooming. We are extremely pleased with their professionalism and the care and love they've shown our fur babies.
Honey & Gwen were boarded this past week. They loved their stay. I always know they are safe and that is comforting to me.
