ZERO stars! On Sunday, May 17th, I arrived at West Chester Veterinary Center for emergency services with my dog, Lyla, who was ill and lying down in the cargo area of my SUV. I arrived around 11:30AM and called them upon my arrival (COVID-19 protocol per the signs posted on front entrance). We know all to well the ache of losing a pet, and can only imagine the helpless anger you feel that we were unable to help you in your time of need. I have Posted feedback here before but I continue to find this Veterinary Center Absolutely outstanding. They are professional and thoughtful, They follow up on every appointment. They are caring and genuine and practice excellent veterinary medicine. They are not the cheapest vets in town, But I know every time I walk through the door, I will be recognized, greeted warmly, and treated with respect and appropriate concern. I have had the opportunity to meet all of the veterinarians And every one of them is superb.
