The friendly staff here have been awesome with my son's puppy, Leela. They live on her as a member of the family.
Thanks so much to Dr. Wells and the staff at West Chester Veterinary Center. My beloved 12 year old lab developed bone cancer. Dr. Wells and the rest of the staff were very patient and compassionate while I had to make a difficult decision and say my goodbyes. Everyone was so kind. It meant a lot to me. I felt like my faithful companion was in good hands and getting the best care possible as she made her transition to the other side.
The staff is amazing! The place is clean. Jessica Wells thank you, you were great! Bear loved seeing you guys today even with a Vaccination.

I can't say enough about the staff at West Cester Vet Center on Liberty Way. My cat, Tiger, of 14 years literally went downhill overnight. Saturday morning he was wobbly, and by noon he couldn't stand, eat, drink, or use the litter box. Most likely kidney failure. I called and the staff said tomcome right over. I carried him in wrapped in the softest blanket I could find and held him and kissed him until it was time to say goodbye. The staff was so caring and wonderful.
