I truly love this place everyone there is truly awesome. I have 4 dogs and I would not take them anywhere else. All the doctors there are awesome Dr. Liz and Dr. Jen are the doctors I usually see but I have seen all the doctors there and they are all great. They take that extra time with you and your animal to make sure all your questions are answered and never make you feel like they are to busy. 24\7 on call vet??? No. We had a serious emergency and we needed someone close. We had just got a puppy who we thought was going to die any minute.. I'd give 0 stars, but that's no option. They answered the phone and said they were all at a baby shower and to call someone else instead. Lady had zero compassion.
We love West Chester Veterinary Center. Everyone who works there is kind, knowledgeable and caring. We recently boarded our senior dog, Rosie, there while we were away for a trip. They gave her excellent care and communicated with us frequently. We truly appreciate having empathetic caregivers for our pets. Thank you!
I was sent home with my puppy to die because I did not have 1,000 dollars to cover the cost of leaving him there for a day! These people cared more about how I was going to pay them rather than checking my baby :( he passed away yesterday morning ! Even though the ladies there were nice they did nothing to help my baby not suffer!
Thank you to the entire staff for taking care of Buddy the cat for the last couple years. He had the best care and I always felt comfortable leaving Buddy for the day. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything. Scott and Jane.
