I called this afternoon about a possible tick embedded in my dog Gibby's cheek. I thought that I had removed the whole thing, but it just didn't look right to me, so I wanted the Pro's to check him out. The staff, while already dealing with a heavy load of patients, told me to bring him on in and they would have a vet tech check him out. They are amazing and really comforting especially in our time of sadness. We had to put our pup down a few weeks ago and the compassion shown is absolutely amazing.
