Very poor service - I had my necklace repaired, instead of 1 week, as was promised, it took 3 weeks for a very simple work. It is a shame they even charged me £25 for this. They shouldn’t do repair services as they are sending all items to someone who is doing it outside.
Been coming to this jewellers for a few years now. They are great. Friendly & professional!
