Broken ankle, knee clean out and total knee replacement all repaired by Dr. Brooks and I’m thrilled. I can not imagine better outcomes or experiences. The hospital, staff, surgeon and physical therapist deserve the highest praise and my thanks. My entire family has enjoyed their care.
Dr. Brooks is a caring and efficient surgeon. He remembers your family and asks about them when you visit. Always cares about your progress and does his best to keep you up and moving!!
This is more of a wrap up than a review about a specific office visit. Dr. Brooks replaced both of my shoulders and both knees. Between the work he did and the follow-up Rehab work I'm confident that I will be moving better as my life goes forward. As a testament to his work I was recently at an event and because I wasn't watching what I was doing, started to fall. I managed to regain my balance and avoid a potentially serious injury. Dr. Brooks has an excellent reputation for his surgical expertise, as does Pardee Hospital, where he has privileges. My experience with both was outstanding. Dr. Brooks is personable but straightforward in his communications, which I appreciate. He explained my condition and options clearly, and did not pressure me to make particular choices. As a physician’s daughter, I am fairly particular and mildly argumentative. Dr. Brooks is a brilliant diagnostic physician, especially as my injury is fairly unusual. The staff and practice, in general, are phenomenal. Taking into to account structural changes, they have never missed a step.
I have been seeing Dr Brooks for left knee pain, but experienced severe shoulder pain. He ordered testing, and diagnosed a severe rotator cuff tear and bone spurs. Surgery was 10 days ago. Dr Brooks listens and explains very well, and has a professional caring manner. I feel fortunate that my primary care doctor referred me to him. 5 stars all around.
Dr. Brooks is friendly and caring, always greets me with a smile. He actually listens to my concerns. He is clearly well-versed in his field, and is a total magician at giving almost painless shots. I can't imagine ever finding a better orthopedist. The staff of Emerge Ortho are kind, friendly and efficient.
Completely satisfied. Appreciate Dr Brooks’s straightforward explanation of my problem and how he was going to fix it. Most importantly I’m thankful for his ability to do as he said.
