Dr Brooks is kind and caring. After reviewing my shoulder MRI and explaining the injury, he injected the joint yesterday. He answered all of my questions. This morning I woke up 70% improved! Dr. Brooks and a couple of office staff stayed late to squeeze me in at 5 pm. I forgot to tell them how much I appreciate them all! The best part? I don't have to go to Asheville!
Excellent office staff personnel, got me in when I was in trouble. First time seeing Dr Brooks. Treated me to relieve my immediate pain. Took X-rays and after reviewing thought I should have an MRI. Found extensive damage from an old injury. Scheduled surgery went in and did a fantastic repair. Highly recommend.
Dr. Brooks will talk to you about your problem, explain treatment options and if necessary provide immediate treatment. He is caring and will listen to all your concerns and fears

Dr Brooks is very professional but also caring in that he listens and understands what you are experiencing. Very knowledgeable and explains everything so if you have questions is happy to help you through difficult situations.

Dr. Brooks is an excellent surgeon, personable, and my recovery from total shoulder replacement (reverse) of March 7th is ahead of schedule.
I've been a patient of Dr. Brooks for over 25 years, 2 total knee replacements, a shoulder surgery and many types of knee surgery that didn't require replacement at that time. Also he did Carpal Tunnel surgery on both wrists and ankle surgery. Currently he is injecting cortisone in my hip every two months. I trust noone else! He's personable, knowledgeable with a good sense of humor which as far as I'm concerned is a must! Couldn't recommend a better orthopedic surgeon!
