I got in right away and got the relief and answers needed.
My needs were met, and we discussed what may happen in the future.
I needed reassuring about aftercare concerns, meds and Doctor availability before having a knee replacement. Dr Brooks was kind, empathetic and reassuring about my concerns.
Caring & compassionate doctor. Will continue my case with him as may need another knee replacement in the near future.

From check-in to check-out, I had a great experience. Everything about my appointment went smoothly. Everyone was nice and communicated well. I felt well informed. The doctor was exceptional! He is a good listener, seemed caring and was gentle with the shot I received.
Dr. Brooks’ expertise and knowledge are outstanding. He has extensive experience in his profession and delivers a detailed explanation of all procedures. He and his staff have excellent communication skills and have respect and empathy for all persons involved. He performed two knee replacements for me and I am well and very happy with the results.
Very practical regarding my medical issue.
