As a retired ortho RN and PA, I didn’t think I would find a doc I could trust to replace both of my knees. Dr Brooks was amazing from the first visit to the surgery…I have done stellar post operatively. Now released at 6 weeks walking 3-5 miles a day and waiting to have the other knee done next month… thanks Dr Brooks…Amazing PT staff as well!
Dr Brooks is very personable, knowledgeable and displays compassionate concern for my problem. I will have surgery performed by him in the near future and have total confidence in his skills. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to others.
This visit was first post op visit. Everything was progressing and Dr. Brooks and the entire were wonderful and took the time that I needed.
In my view Dr Brooks in extremely competent. In addition he has always taken the necessary time with me to discuss my condition. He points out things I should and should not be doing regarding my condition, wants to know my expectations and discusses the options I have regarding my condition (exercise, physical therapy or surgery). He always speaks to me as if nothing is more important than dealing with my particular health issue.
Understaffed clinic I understand. Still, Dr. Brooks takes an adequate amount of time chatting with me about my problem.
Dr. Brooks agree to take on my knee problems and has made a tremendous difference in my life. He’s the only orthopedic doctor that I’ve seen that does follow up visits with his patients instead of handing them off to an assistant.
Dr. Brooks has kept me going 20 plus years. I have osteoarthritis and have total knees and a total shoulder. Thanks to Dr. Brooks I am able to do anything I put my mind to. I would highly recommend him as being the Best.
Worth the Wait.
Dr Brooks listened to my concerns and answered my questions patiently. I am recovering from the shoulder surgery he performed on me and I'm recovering well. I'm very satisfied.
