Has anybody else gotten cheated on the HomeBuyers Priority TimeLine program?
A horrible, horrible experience. No customer service at all. A lot of lip service though
Horrible customer service from the 1800 number to online support as well as the mortgage dept. all they told me was to go to the branch and they could fix my problems. Went to the branch, they called the 1 800 number. Pulling all accounts and moving to a company that cares about their customers.
They are all minimum wage idiots reading a computer screen. U will never talk to the same person twice about your mortgage. This is the most crooked organized crime bank on the face of the earth. Get your loan elsewhere. As this is an evil bank.
I am highly disappointed with Wells Fargo ! I am trying to complete a short sale and has been nothing but a Nightmare!! They only communicate with the seller or to my realtor when they need to communicate !! They fail to attach forms in emails which make it very difficult to conduct business !! I highly encourage any one looking for a mortgage to look at a different lender !!
Very disappointed with the service I get. They screwed up on my loan payment several times, would not take care of the financial issues I had because of their negligence, always an escrow shortage so I'm always scared what my payment will change to. Unhappy all around.
Our loan just got sold to Wells Fargo. 1 hour after a phone call saying we were all set up--- NOTHING they said was correct. Couldn't get enrolled online, called customer service and the woman was completely unhelpful. I'm a veteran and have had 8 homes and plenty of loans and have NEVER experienced such gaps in onboarding. #WellsFargoSucks
