I am witnessing the WORST customer support I have seen in my entire life!!! I'm being nice in my choice of words. I am SHOCKED!!!
By far the best and friendliest banking service I have had Ever! From the greeting, to the window service, to the good bye. Manager behind the counter introduces you to the telller. They are a FANTASTIC example of Customer Service! Well Done! Definitely will make this my first choice of in branch bankkng.
You treat your workers as replaceable objects and during this crisis even though you have the means to have people work remote you refuse. Bc if you’re freed you are putting everyone’s health at risk.
Wells Fargo has become a behemoth bank that discourages human contact. I visited the Wells Fargo branch at 401 S. College Ave. in Fort Collins with a problem that needed a banker’s attention. I was left with the understanding that walk-ins without an appointment are an inconvenience to their bankers. Since I am currently not a customer, I left with my problem unaddressed.
