Whatever you do do not try to refinance with Wells Fargo. 30 days turned into 6 months. We had to get an appraisal 500$. We can passed everything they asked for but they have a program called loan tracker. We could never get the documents to open. Then we needed verification of employment from their program. We resent this verification program about 10 times. They could not open the documents. We had the same jobs for over 10 years. Direct deposit. Into Wells Fargo bank. Don’t let them mess with you. With a tremendous number of people in self quarantine. I think it’s despicable that you are charging a $30.00 wire transfer fee when you know full well it’s dangerous for people to go out and withdraw the money to move it to another account
I have been trying to make a mortgage payment online the system won’t allow it I have been on hold almost three hours to get this fixed and I am still holding you are causing unnecessary problems but what else would I expect
Terrible hours during cOvid 19. Drive thru is only open 9:30-4, these are not accomodating essential workers. Not all bank business can be done online or at an atm.
