they are the only bank here that is using the virus as an excuse to NOT open their drive thru until 930. RIDICULOUS! has nothing to do with the virus!
apparently you are still a bunch of thieves - my 80-year-old mother's stimulus deposit never happened to her account. she has a receipt for the check cashing, but it is not listed in her statement.
I live closest to the bank on Red Banks in Greenville, NC. I do not recommend using this bank. Whenever I need to go inside, they are very slow and usually only have two tellers available even if the lines are long. The drive up tellers have been even more extremely crowded with all the social distancing in place and all neighboring banks temporarily closed. Wells Fargo Bank Buckeye, Az. demonstrated a perfect example of NOT caring for their customers today, 5/9/2020. There was a line of customers outside (9 people), and the customer service rep locked the doors without warning. Common practice would be to have the individual go to the end of the line and inform people coming to the line "No new customers are being allowed, as it is closing time".
