Working with the people at this branch is like reaching into the bottom of a porta-pottie to retrieve your cell phone when it is 110 outside. The STINK does not go away. A family member has an account here, and even when I have the bank card, they make it the worst experience to GIVE them money!!! I am doing all I can to get the account changed to a different bank. Rude people that have zero customer service skills.

During this covid 19 they closed the king bank so we had to go to the one on university pwky in Winston Salem we waiting in line for over thirty minutes it was ten minutes after we send the tube in and all we were doing is cashing a check this company is to big for this bull really need to do better
