es una desverguenza este banco. ya antes robaron a los usuarios su dinero y ahora lo vuelven a hacer escandiendose detras del Corona Virus. todos los bancos, aunque hay restrictions y demoras, estan trabajando y aprendiendo a sus clientes, pero la desverguenza de Wells Fargo no tiene limites. Despues de 30 minutos de espera en el telefono te desconectan la llamada y nadie atiende. Yo estoy llamando al servicio de 401K y parece que piensan robards el dinero como ya han hecho otras veces.
During this vivid-19 I’m trying to make a payment on my phone app. Like always. And they have rigged it so you have to call in and wait for 2 hours on hold just to make a payment. You can NOT do it on the app. THEY SUCK. IM SO GLAD IM ALMOST DONE WITH MY LOAN. THEY ARE THE WORST BANK EVER!!!
Not a banking problem but a parking lot problem!!! With the bank closed you need someone In the parking lot directing the cars to the right lanes. This is an every week thing when I come to the bank. I can’t get to the inside ATM because cars are blocking it in the Teller lanes. They need to be directed to swing outward and clear the inside ATM lane. It’s ridiculous!! Make communication with customers more convenient.
A lot of us small business owners who bank with Wells Fargo are extremely disappointed with the delay in the application process. I believe Wells Fargo deliberately put obstacles on our way to this much needed fund and for that reason many will be forced out of business. Wells Fargo’s Goodwill right now is so low that I would not recommend anybody to open an account or do any type of transacción with them.
Wells Fargo is the biggest bank financing fracking. Although they publicly endorsed the Paris Climate accords they still loan billions to fossil fuel industry. Time to divest and invest in sustainable energy before its too late to help our children and grandchildren!
Wells Fargo Bank in Andalusia. So my daughters ex husband took her paycheck to his bank- Wells Fargo-, signed his name to it (and COD?) and they cashed it for him. They don't have a joint account, she does not have an account there, she didn't sign the check but they cashed it anyway!! She cant get her money back! There teller screwed up big time and they wont do anything about it!! Told her she needs a subpoena to access his account and get the money back!! THEY SCREWED UP!!
