My Husband waited on hold for 4 hrs on the phone with Wells Fargo for someone to answer and Hang Up on him. We have been trying to reach Wells Fargo since last week. My husband has sent email regarding our RV Loan and we get email from Wells Fargo tellings is to call the toll free number. My Husband jobs have been cancelled and I Have to tell you Well Fargo how bad of a job your doing taking care of us!!

I have had my mortgage along with several consumer loans with Wells Fargo, but that ends today. I will never have another consumer loan with them again. They charge a whopping 29.88 percent interest on a consumer loan, even if the customer has a good credit rating. I made the mistake of taking a consumer loan with them unaware at the time as to how many months you had to pay the loan off with no interest. I went there for a unsecured loan of 2500.00 to 3000.00 . They told me that if my credit score was 760 and above I would qualify for interest rate from 9.74 to 11.0 percent interest rate. They approved me for loan at highest interest of 16 percent. Mind you I have more than a 760 credit score. I'll be honest I don't think wells fargo ever intended giving me anything but a 16 percent interest rate. I declined their offer , and I will never do business with this bank.
