I went there for a unsecured loan of 2500.00 to 3000.00 . They told me that if my credit score was 760 and above I would qualify for interest rate from 9.74 to 11.0 percent interest rate. They approved me for loan at highest interest of 16 percent. Mind you I have more than a 760 credit score. I'll be honest I don't think wells fargo ever intended giving me anything but a 16 percent interest rate. I declined their offer , and I will never do business with this bank. RecommendedCarlos helped me open a checking account & was very informative and patient with all my questions explained everything very thoroughly - i walked in about 40 minutes to closing, you could tell he was NOT ina rush what so ever, I highly recommend him for your banking needs. Not only was he informative he was very nice. Hire more employees like Carlos!
Their customer service needs a LOT of improvements. I am at the Ceres CA branch waiting to complete a transaction inside for over 20 minutes now. Is is very hard for me to believe that although the bank is fully staffed only to registers are open!!! The rest of the employees are just milking about sitting at their desks when there is a line with more than 20 people waiting!!!
