Warning if Wells Fargo makes you sign a note for a home loan as a non vested spouse make sure you don't do it. Later if something happens there no way you can get them to work with you at all. Now I get to lose my home to foreclosure and there is nothing I can do to save it. Spread this around pretty shitty way to treat a family in a house.

They have my mortgage now, probably for the past 10 years. I have been late with a payment even after my husband died in 2013 but I miss wrong a payment by 10 cents and I have received 5 phone calls in 2 days telling me I'm late and now have a penalty. I'm looking on Monday for a bank to take over this loan. I'm done with them. No compassion at all. I told them of my husbands passing then recently of a surgery that left me out of work for 4 months and all I got was miss a payment, lose the house.
Worse job ever! Left because I refuse to lie to people and screw them over. Now they are being sued for it. Guess you shouldn't screw people hu?
