We attended the Boys State Basketball Tournament this week and something needs to be done about fans trying to save multiple seats. Your ushers try to block the rows as fans exit, but incoming fans sneak over seats and begin saving spots for members of their party that aren’t even in the building. As a parent of a player, I almost didn’t get a seat because some grouchy old man tried to claim half of a row. I went to deposit some money in the inside ATM their was a bowl of suckers and my 9yr old son stuck his hand in and grabbed some suckers when a employee told my son don't you have any manners only take 1. I told this employee there is no sign and why you crying over some suckers , I told my son to put them back because the lollipop police was watching. I will be banking somewhere else soon NO Customer service It was very sad the look on his 9yr old face over a few suckers and it being the holiday season Sergio
