Slowest bank!! They have plenty of my staff just not tellers. It’s usually a drive thru teller and the head teller, who is VERY cranky. Then you have a gentleman that stands behind them watching, not uncomfortable at all, and at least two gentleman at there desks. If they do not have customers with them they are usually chatting together about current events or tapping away on computers. No one helps the teller line, maybe that’s why Laurie is super cranky! Either way I would never use them for my personal banking.
The staff is always helpful, courteous, and well informed. Kudos to Joe Cutrone for his outstanding service, patience, expertise, and ability to address any and all issues! He makes a visit to the bank delightful!

They require two different endorsement signatures, two IDs, and the manager to come out to the drive thru to deposit a check, that I simply just deposited into the ATM machine. Slow service, small thinking, no common sense.
I had heard not so nice reports regarding Wells Fargo, and Friday I found out myself. I went to my local Wells Fargo to cash a check drawn on their bank and was charged $7.50 to cash that check written by their customer! Absolute ripoff!
