Brilliant service from the shop to installation. Needed a last-minute carpet before a house move, I enquired and measurements taken on the same day (Monday) and fitted by the Saturday morning. Really fantastic service, communication and fitting. Good quality carpet at a reasonable price. Have used Wellington Carpets twice now, highly recommend and would use again.
Firstly customer Service is Excellent . Great communication from start to finish !!! I chose the Supreme Luxury 074 Grey and Premium Underlay for my Bedroom and x 2 cupboards / wardrobes . The booking was made to have it fitted which was less than 2 weeks time ( I don’t like waiting ) I chose the early timeslot of 8am and the guys arrived bang on time . The Carpet and underlay is super thick and great quality . Due to thickness my 3 doors needed to be taken off and adjusted which the guys also did for me . Super pleased with... read more

Excellent service, excellent price. Herringbone floor laid beautifully. Helpfully fitter when some of the subfloor needed sorting, made it work. Good 12mm Herringbone floor at good price. Managed to fit some carpet in last minute for me too. Prompt and friendly. 10 out of 10
