I left a watch with Wellingtons for a strap to be fitted. The watch mender was not there but "will be in tomorrow and will do the job." Five days later I was told "the watch mender will be in tomorrow and will do the job". I retrieved the watch and strap and another local jeweller did the job in twenty four hours. I previously approached this firm to sell some gold and found they offered the lowest rate in town. I won't be returning.
