Went in looking for a Rav4 and was "helped" by Keith Devereaux. I had an awful experience with him. The music was loud and when he asked if it bothered me I said yes and he claimed there was nothing he could do about it. He wanted to talk about financing, how I would pay for the vehicle, and requested to run my credit before I even looked at any cars. We had a great experience working with Colby at Toyota of Massapequa on the purchase of a new 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. Working with Colby to aquire the truck over the past several months was a very pleasant experience. I can't wait to work with Colby again in the near future. Hopefully to purchase a 2023 or 2024 Toyota Sequoia. I plan on stopping in during my service visits to say hello to him.
My sales rep, Matt Ruggiero had the car I wanted to test drive waiting on me when I got there and got the deal done quickly. Least painful car purchase I've ever had and I've bought a lot of cars. I was very pleased with the service I received.
The overall process was seamless. They had the exact car I wanted. The salesman Colby was very knowledgeable and not too aggressive. I would recommend this dealership to all friends and family.

My truck was towed to Lia and arrived after hours. Jesse was my contact for the issue which was a fuel pump computer board. He was working on it as soon as he got to work the next morning. There was regular e-mails and texts keeping me apprised of what was going on. (I like the on line approval process of the work order.) when Jesse told me the truck would be ready by 1PM, I couldn't believe it. I felt like I didn't have to worry about things because he was taking care of things for me. I hope I get him on my next visit.

This is our second car purchased from Wellesley Toyota and they are the best. John Imparato provides a great customer experience as he is friendly, comprehensive and responsive.
