Jose was a pleasure to work with, he was honest and reliable, he kept in touch with us as promised.
Rich is my go to guy. He has been there a long time and knows what service my vechile needs. He is always very professional.
I call before to make sure they have available the SUV I want. Peter (sales person) confirmed and made an appointment the same day. When arrived the SUV they confirmed was not available and they just wanted me to get another one. Next time just tell the truth.

A 1 star rating is too high for this dealership. This dealership lacks integrity to stand behind the warranty and insists on charging for everything possible and tries to add unneeded services to increase charges. Toyota makes a fine product however the corporation needs seriously to get new owner for this dealership if it is to maintain the quality product and customer service that built Toyota in the US.
