If you're looking for a new or certified used car, do yourself a favor; go see Andrew Lee at Wellesley Toyota! Andrew was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He patiently explained my options and provided a relaxing narrative throughout the car buying experience. There was no hard sell or deviousness like I found on-line and at other dealerships. Absolutely horrible experience. To begin with, they lied about car condition. Just after delivery I found horrible scratches on the inside. And that was brand new vehicle with 6 miles on it. When contacted, I was told oh well, papers signed, nothing we can do. You own it now. I have prepaid service contract. When time and milage came, I asked if transmission service was included. Lynn was very patient and knowledgeable about the entire sales process and vehicle, she made me feel comfortable, not rushed and would highly reccomend her again!
